What a new account can expect?
Delivery within 3 business days. Most customers receive same day or next day delivery.
If you need helium right away, we will always have an option that will get you product immediately.
We can supply empty/ full rings for your account if you are keeping multiple tanks on site.
If you are a high volume account, we can set up a weekly courtesy call to order product. This gives you ultimate control over your account and removes the risk of product outage.
We track all cylinders coming and going with a unique serial number. You will never be billed for a tank you don't have because we can audit an account and fix any errors based on these serial numbers.
Our drivers can do inflator repairs and leak checks as requested.
Recommendations
Keep your tank chained and secured at all times.
Check with your local fire marshal or city code regarding specific requirements in your area.
Be sure to keep your valve turned OFF when not in use. Inflators can have a slow leak that is hard to detect. By keeping your tank in the OFF position when not in use, you will never accidentally lose helium.
Don't overinflate your balloons. They should not look like light bulbs.
